College Connections Hawaii (CCH) is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 tax-exempt, educational charity, whose mission is to improve educational opportunities for the people of our state. Our goals are to raise students' SAT scores, help them meet state standards, and send more of Hawaii's children to college.

We are a group of teachers, counselors and others who provide educational services at more than 80 schools accross Hawaii. We offer top-quality tutoring, test-prep classes and college counseling statewide to more than 3,000 students and families each year. At CCH, we are driven to create greater access to educational opportunity, regardless of people's income level. Revenues from class fees, donations, and grants help us serve more students across the state. In just a few years of existence, we've helped thousands of Hawaii students prepare for, attend and afford college.

CCH was founded in 1999 by Andrew Aoki and Wren Wescoatt because too many students in Hawaii faced barriers to pursuing their educational potential, including a lack of information about college admissions, inability to afford college prep services such as SAT-preparation classes, misinformation about financial aid and scholarships, discouragement about their ability to get in and achieve in college, and inadequate preparation for the academic demands of higher education. At College Connections, we help students in public and private schools overcome these hurdles and pursue their educational dreams.
